Moodera is a wellbeing and relaxation app that aims to match how you feel right now with sound. It is not a medical device, a therapy service, or a substitute for a healthcare professional's advice. If you have a serious mental health concern, please consult a healthcare professional.
You must be over 13 years old to use Moodera. Users under 18 should use it under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
Moodera offers a free plan with limited features and a paid subscription called Pro. Subscription prices are shown in the app and charged through the App Store / Google Play. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the relevant store settings; unless cancelled, they renew automatically.
You agree not to use the app unlawfully, and not to reproduce the audio content without permission or redistribute it for commercial purposes.
All design, audio content, brand name, and visuals within the app belong to Moodera. Prior permission is required to use, copy, or distribute this content outside the app.
Moodera strives to provide the best possible experience but does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages that may arise from using the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes within the app; continuing to use the app means you accept the current terms.
